4-Week of Lessons
During your first Karate class, your Instructor (Sensei) will help you develop the basics for your start in the martial arts. They will also help you increase your strength, flexibility, confidence, focus, concentration and more.

New Member Orientation
During your new member consultation, we will go over your training schedule and get a plan of progress for your child. We will also set up their first progress check, and take the time to answer any questions you may have.
Member Progress Check
In your first progress check we will let you know how you and/or your child is doing, give you tips on how to improve and set your goals. We'll also answer any questions you may have and let you know how you can get started.
