The United States Karate Academy has proudly served the Rockrimmon community since 1999. Our programs are designed for kids, teens, and adults to develop confidence, discipline, and physical fitness. We offer Kids Karate, Adult Martial Arts, and high-energy Fitness Kickboxing classes taught by experienced instructors in a safe and supportive environment. Knee-High Samurai
Age specific program for children 4-7 years or age
Our Knee-High Samurai Martial Arts program is an age-specific, pre-karate program for children ages 4-7.

Kids Karate Program
Karate program for children 8 years or age and up.
Our Kids Karate program is the best thing you will ever do for your child. In fact, the two best things you can teach your child are Martial Arts and swimming because one day either can save their life.
Our program has taught life skills to children as young as 3 years old. Positive thinking, respect for authority, attention span and good manners! The same values that you emphasize at home are taught to our students at the United States Karate Academy.
Our Colorado Springs Kids Karate Program is not only fun but is a great success with children to deal with bullies, ADHD, dyslexia, childhood obesity and is also great for children who play sports have found success training martial arts increasing their strength, flexibility, agility and reaction time.

Adult Martial Arts

Our Adult Martial Arts program is a perfect balance of the old and the new. While we feature the old way of self-defense our Karate program will help you lose weight, improve focus and concentration; release and reduce stress and will empower you to protect yourself and loved ones.
The exercises are based on yoga, which has been historically used in Karate conditioning. The masters of Okinawa have lived long into their older years; healthier and fitter than their western counterparts, through their Karate training and lifestyle. Fitness Kickboxing
